Gidon represents purchasers and sellers in the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties and the closing of related mortgage loan financings. Gidon also represents landlords and tenants in the leasing of office, industrial and retail space across the United States, including the drafting and negotiating of leases and all ancillary agreements, in particular, construction contracts for large tenant improvement projects.
Prior to joining the firm, Gidon worked at a real estate firm in New York City where he acted as interim general counsel for a major real estate developer in the New York area.
Gidon is a graduate of Yeshiva University, Bernard Revel Graduate School and the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
